I am an experienced MBACP (accred.) Counsellor and psychotherapist. I have worked in a variety of settings within the charitable, public and private sectors: whilst also working in private practice on the South Coast and the North West.
My work includes counselling children, young people, adults, couples and groups with a variety of issues for example; anxiety, trauma, rape and sexual abuse, substance misuse, sexuality, relationships, diversity, depression and bereavement.
I have knowledge and experience of working within the public and private healthcare sectors within the NHS and BUPA, respectively. I qualified as a Counsellor in the late 90’s. My therapeutic training took place at Southampton University and Metanoia in London plus many other relevant training events.
Appointments are available daytime, evenings and Saturday morning depending on availability. Skype sessions for counselling therapy are also possible, please contact me for more information.
I offer a confidential supportive counselling service to all. My fees are £45.00 for individuals and £60.00 for couples.
